A Reservation Deposit equal to 35% of the Total Amount Due is required at booking in order to confirm your reservation. 5. $35.00 damage waiver OR a Damage Deposit of $300 will be required and is collected as part of the total balance due. Your damage deposit is fully refundable with 10 days of your departure providing no additional expenses are incurred. 6. Balance is due 15 days before visit 8. Rates: 2/bedroom 2/bathroom March 29/May 19, 2008 = $150. Night May 20/June 13, 2008 = $160. Night June 14/August 30, 2008 = $170. Night August 31/March 29, 2009 = $129. any week night $149. Fri/Sat Snowbird Monthly Rate $1950. to $2100.00 per month Long term rental considered, please contact us. Cruisin the Coast: Oct 8 thru Oct 11 @ $225.00 night/four night minimum. Holidays subject to higher rate with a three night minimum. Rates: 1/bedroom 1/bath $99.00 to $159.00 night, limited availability. Long term Rental Considered, Call for details. * Add one-time $85 cleaning fee * Add 12% tax * A $35.00 damage waiver OR a Damage Deposit of $300 will be required and is collected as part of the total balance due.
